THIS IS THE LAST!

Hello, this is the last blog and about my experience writing this I think that for me is more easy to write after write a lot of blogs, I’m not expert, but every day I’m better. So, I think that is a good way to teach English, because we practice, not only memorize the grammar for example. So about the blogs I do not have problems with the writing, but I have problems with talk to another person, is difficult to me process all the words in my mind when is my turn to talk, so I’m more slow, but I’m thinking in to talk with some people in this language to practice, because is a language that is important for the job.

Okay apart of English class I had to read some text for another class and in my ordinary life I listen to music in English and I understand, my big problem is talk☹ and I need to practice as I mention before, bur apart from that sometimes I like English, but not so much, is a language that is important in any career, but the language that I like most is Italian language, for me is more interesting and maybe more easy to learn, because is like the Spanish.

If I think maybe something, I would like to do with English is expand my work, my projects, maybe if I want to write a book, this language can help me to extend the influence area or if I want to do talks or I don’t know, the truth is that is the first time that I think about to use in some way the English haha

PLEASE WE NEED A GOOD PLACE

Hello, about the career and the faculty facilities, maybe I have some dislikes. First of all not all the teachers have the best way to teach, some of them are so old and it’s time that they take another way and give to other people the opportunity to teach with, maybe, more knowledge and with more capacities.

Well, something that I dislike more is the infrastructure of the faculty, we pay a lot of money for a construction where the roof is falling, where the bathrooms don’t have toilet paper and the thing that the faculty doesn’t have an infrastructure where the disabled people can move easily. Personally I don’t feel safe or calm.

Another thing is the study hours, this doesn’t have a good organization. It’s unacceptable to have classes from 8:00 to 20:00, we need some breaks, because we are saturated with works, I know that the university supposed to be like this, but why? This is so bad for our health, it’s not normal not to sleep almost for two days or sometimes for more days. I don’t understand how the teachers or someone doesn’t realize that it is wrong. We need to do something to change all this bad things. We deserve a good place to study, this is the reason why we pay a large amounts of money so why the administration have another priorities? I hope that someday they will realize this and do good changes for all the people that is part of this faculty and of this university, because it’s true that the university has faculties that are in disrepair, but is the minority of the faculties. If they want to be a prestigious university they must do things well.

QUESTIONS!

What is your opinion about "vertical ghettos"?

About this controversial topic I think it’s not necessary to build buildings with so many apartments where the people, in my opinion, don’t have space to have a good life in their houses. I think that we can think about in something, some construction that has the same capacity of people, but where the people have a good space in their houses. The people need a space with dignity to live, not the space that the architect maybe do to have more people, but in a little space. As an architect we need to think about in the space where the people need to live and if the space is not enough to have a lot of people living there, is better that we don’t do it and search another solution.  

What is your opinion about cloning?

This is a complicated topic, because can have two sides, one of this is that of course for me is so fun to think in that I can have another me, but the other side is that maybe this clone can turn in to bad version of me, and that’s not a good thing. So the idea of having a clone is interesting, but we have to take care of that.

What is your opinion about owning an exotic pet?

First of all I love animals, and sometimes I have wanted to have an exotic pet, but if you think about that type of animals are not domesticated and for them is not healthy to live in a house, because that is not their natural habitat and maybe it’s correct that they are saved under the care of the humans, but the nature is about that, about surviving, and the animals are prepared for that, even the human race. So it’s not correct to adopt an exotic animal, but if the animal needs some care for a short time, I think that is correct. 

What is your opinion about tattoos?

Wow! I think that tattoos are awesome, some people don’t like the tattoos, but most of the people I know love it, but in my opinion, when you want to make a tattoo on your body you have to think very consciously what you want to do, maybe give it a meaning or only choose a drawing or picture that you like, this is so important, because it’s something that you will have your entire life. 

ZOMBIE TIME!

Well, today I’m tell you about one of my favorite series call Santa Clarita Diet. This series is about a family in which the parents are real estate agents and one day the mom became a zombie, her family in the first moment, do not understand what happen with her, because the day that they have to show a house, she vomits in the bathroom, literally all the bathroom, of the house that was for sale. Here the history begin. So she don’t know what is happening with her, because she started to feel disgusted by regular food, so here is when the daughter realizes that her mother is maybe a zombie, so she have to eat human meat. During the series she and her husband started to determine who can be or should be kill. They say that bad people should be killed, but whenever they find that person it always turns out to be a good person. Either way, in all the series they end up killing someone.

In my opinion this series is so funny, one of the reasons is the principal character, Drew Barrymore, she is crazy! And I love the movies or series where she appear. In this series she have a good character and she represents her really well. The other reason is that series is not the typical series of zombies, this is more funny and attractive, in my opinion.

POSTGRADUATE COURSE

Hello! Today I must talk about postgraduate course. The thing is that I have not think about this, I want to finish my career and travel, but I know that in this world we need to improve the knowledge and be the best in the work that you are doing, so maybe I would specialize in urbanism or patrimony, this last subject maybe is the subject that I interested more, because I like all the things that are related to the history and I think that the constructions, all of it, have  a lot of history in their structure, this are somethings that are maintained over time.

I would like to study this in Chile or Italy, because this are two countries that for me have a lot of history, the problem is that Is better study this in Italy, because the constructions are best preserved and in Chile most of the construction are in disrepair, so maybe in Italy can improve more my knowledge, and that is better for me, but I like Chile so is difficult for me to decided.

I would like to study by a part time course, because I don’t want to spend my time only in study, I’m tired of that in this career so when I has the opportunity to study something else I want time for do other things and for me.

YAY PHOTOGRAPHY!!

Finally! A topic that I like! Well this interest for the photography start at like, maybe 3 years ago, because of my dad!, He always on the vacations take with him a camera and the most of the picture were like artistic photos, so I started trying to see the things in another way or in other words, see things in another perspective, so some day I took the camera of my Dad and I started to, maybe play with it, searching the best frame for the photo and until now I think I have improved.

Some days I’m walking and whenever I see something that calls my attention I take the time to search the frame and sometimes I don’t, because I don’t feel an intense passion yet, but I like it, I like how this simple things can have a lot of feelings. Each day my desire of taking pictures or know more about photography increases. Last week my parents bought to me a book about the photography where the author says many things, like about the lighting, etc. I haven´t read it yet, but when I have time I will.

Well, to end I like to take pictures to the sky, specifically clouds, to the flowers, to little things and to animals; I take many pictures of my dogs.

MY FUTURE JOB

About my future job i would like to have, the first thing is to be independent, to have my own company, an architects company, because I am studying that career and I like it, but if I am honest the thing or the area that I like more is the photography, so I would like to be a photographer, the problem is the salary, because not all the photographer have a good salary, but I know something, architecture have a lot of areas where you can develop and one of this areas is the photography, so maybe I can have my own company with the respective projects that I have to do and in other size, I can take pictures and maybe publish them in a magazine or brochure of the same company or not, because the other options is only develop in the photography area, maybe working for a magazines or for the newspapers.

Well, I don´t know exactly what I want to do with the photography, but i have a good reason of why I want this. I like to word outside, I like travel and I do not like works where you have to stay sit all the time, so the photography gave to me the option of travel around the world taking photos of every country and every nature, and for me think in this is awesome, but I don’t know if I’m going to do this, but is one of my dreams, I only need to know how to have a go salary, because the travels are not free, but maybe they should be free.

THE SIMPSONS !!

Well, The Simpsons is a series that for me sometimes is interesting, but most of the time is so funny. I’m not a fan, but I watch it sometimes.

I don’t know what to say about The Simpsons, maybe mention my favorite character, but I really don’t have one, maybe I like the character of Magie Simpson, because is so interesting think about what is happened inside her mind, sometimes I think that is the intelligent character even more than Lisa, because she doesn’t speak, but in some episode she does something clever.

About the episodes, I don’t remember the episode, but I remember something like when Marge becomes rebel, when she meet another woman, and the other episode I remember is when Bart becomes famous and his classmates said to him “come on Bart, say the line" and is funny and a little sad, because he in the beginning he enjoyed fame, but with so many times that he had to say it, he ended up getting bored.

So The simpsons is a very funny tv serie and
have a lot of episodes where appear so many famous people and most of the time, the funny stuffs are the things that happened to Homer.

THE BEST HOLIDAYS EVER!

Today I’m going to talk about my favorite holidays until now. Last year I went to Paine Towers in the south of Chile. I went with my dad, my Mom and my Brother, we spent like a week in Puerto Natales, that is the town where is recommendable to stay, because National Park Paine Towers is near.

The first activity we did was to go to the viewer of base of the Towers. The thing is that we have to go in two time because the first day the towers were covered by the clouds and it was not the idea to go up so much and not be able to see them, so we decided to go up two days later, but it was funny because the rise was so difficult and is not easy to go up two times, also me and my family were with many leg pains, but we did it.

The second activity was to visit Milodon cave that is awesome, because is so big. Then we go to another cave, but that cave was smaller. Then we went to horns of the Paine this was a big mountain with a beautiful landscape and the last activity we did was to visit Puenta Arenas, the cemetery of Punta Arenas, the strait of Magellan and Bulnes Fort.

                                                                                                                                                                         

The reason of why it has been the best so far is because I love the South and the landscapes that it has, so that place It was extremely beautiful, and you can enjoy all the thing that the nature has to show, so definitely is a place where you have to go. 

Let's go to Italy!!

Hi!

Well, is very difficult to select only one country, because i would like to visit the largest number of countries, but okey, maybe one of the countries that catches my attention is Italy.

I would like to go to Italy because of its Architecture, for me is the most beautiful thing, and maybe for its gastronomy. I don´t know much about this country and thats another reason to go. Obviously i need to know the language, but is not so difficult, at least i know some very basic words, beacuse a few years a go I learn with an app that was for learn some languages.

Sometime I imagine that i’m there and in my mind i want to go to a lot of parts, like the Coliseo, Pisa’s Tower, Venice, Florence, Pompeii, Milan, Naples, etc. Basicaly i want to visit every part of Italy.

About if i would like to study, work or live there, my dream is start studying there, through an Exchange and after that i want to live and work there, but the last two things I’m not 100% sure yet, but it’s very likely that I would end up wanting to live there.

About studying in Santiago!!!

Well Studying in Santiago is a simply thing for some people and not very simple for another, in my case, acording to some things, i think that have both cases, because is really complicated  some times when i have to go to the university. Santiago is a really big city and if you live in the peripheral areas the time it takes you to get to the university is like an hour or more, it’s to much i think! On the other hand, for me is simply study here too, because i have my family with me unlike those who come from region and for me to be with my family is the most important thing!

So my opinion about studying in Santiago is that not all the people can live and study here, so there should be more university options in the regions of Chile in case that someone doesn’t want to study in Santiago.
